EXECUTORS DEED
THIS INDENTURE made this 27th day of September, 1972, between JO
PARKER and ALAN M. GOLDFARB, Executors of the Last Will and Testament
of JOYCE GOLDFARB, Deceased, Grantors, and WILLIAM E. REUTER and
ETHE L E. RE UTER, his wife, whose mailing address is

WITNESSETH:
THAT the Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred
($100. 00) Dollars and other good and valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, -
released, conveyed and confirmed and by these'presents do grant, bargain,
sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the Grantee, his heirs
and assigns forever, the following described land situate, lying and being in the
County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, to wit:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of Block 2, of Model Land Company's
Subdivision of Section 15, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, as
per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 1, at Page 41, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with improvements
thereon, EXCEPTED THEREFROM, all rights»of-way for public
roads and drainage canals, easements for electric transmission and
distribution lines, and easements for telephone and telegraph lines.
LESS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND6:

Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, ~'lorida. This property is also

Lots 2, 3, 6 and 8 of Block 2 of Model Land Company Subdivision
of Section 15, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, _
Florida, as shown in Plat Book 1, page 41,
together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining/ and the reversion, reversions,
remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and also all the
estate right, title, interest, property, posses~,ion, claim and demand whatso-
ever, which the Testatrix had in her lifetime and at the time of her decease,
and which the Grantors have by virtue of the said Last Will and Testament, or
