Reference is hereby rriade to the Order entered by the County Judge's Court, ;

in the State of FZorida, in and for the County of St. Lucie, in the matter of the Estate
of JOYCE G~LDFARB, Deceased, ~No. 69-118 and particularly to the Order authoriz-
ing and directing the sale of Real Estate and directing conveyance of the real property,
dated August 10, 1972 and this Deed is given pursuant to said proceedings and Order.
This conveyance is subject to:
1. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, easements and
zoning ordinances of record, if any.
2. Taxes for the year 1992 and subsequent years.
3. A First Purchase Maney Mortgage given by the Grantee to the Grantors
in the sum of $106, 50Q. 00 being part of the consideration for this Deed.
