could or should convey the property under and pursuant to the
Will and Codicils of said decedent and the Order of the above-
mentioned County Judge, and the applicable law;
And the said Grantor does hereby covenant to and with
the Grantee, his heirs and assigns, that in aIl things
preliminary to and in and about the sale and this conveyance,

the Orders of the above-named Court and the laws of the State ~
of Florida have been fully followed and complied with in all
respects.
