RONALD R. ALBSRTS, being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is the President of the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY
O~YNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a non-profit corporation of the State ~
of Florida, which has been assigned all the rights and reservations
of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORATION, LAK~WOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION COBPORATION, '
and LAKE INDRIO CORPORATION, said Assignment being recorded in
Official Record Book 186, page 2035 in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit f iled against certain
lot, block, and unit numbers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for
nonpayment of maintenance fees assessed, said Affidavit being f
recorded in Official Record Book, 1~8 page 560 Public '
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,
hereby release, satisfy and ~orever di.scharge the said Affidavit _
