27. It is uaderstood and agreed that SMA ua7 at aaq tiae, without natice to any

of time for the paq~ent of any iadebtedaas~ ~tcured hereby. or allov any change
or changee, substitution or substitutioa~ of any of the property described in
thie mortgage or any other collateral ~rhich aay b~ held by SMA without in any
menner affecting the liability of the Murtgagos. any andoreers of the indebted-
ness hereby secured or any other person for the paysent of said indebtedness,
together with interest and any other aumo vhich maq be due and payab2e to SMA .
and also without in any manner affecting or impeiria~; the lien of this ?lortgage _
and it is also understood and agreed that SMA may at any time, without notice
to any person,--•release any portion of the propertq described in this Nortgage
or any other collateral, or any portion of any other collateral vhich may be
held as security for the payment of the indebtedness hereby secured, either
with or without any conaideration for such release or releases, without in any
manner affecting the liability of the t~l~ortgagor, all endorsers, if any, and a21
other persons who are or shall be liable fot the payment of said indebtedness,
and without aff ecting, disturbing or impairiag in anq manner whatsoever the
validity and priority of the lfen of this Mortgage for the full amount of the
indebtedness remaining unpaid, together with all interest and advances which
shall become payable, upon the entire re~aainder of the mortgaged property which
is unreleased, and Without in any manner affecting or impairing to any extent
whatsoever any aid all other collateral security whi~h may be held by SMA-
It is distinctly understood and agreed by the Nortgagor and SMA that any release
or releases may be made by SMA without the consent or approval of any other
person or persons whomsoever.
28. In the event this Mortgage is a construction mortgage, each of the terms,
covenants and conditions of the construction loan agreaaent e~cecuted in connection
vith the execution of this Mortgage are incorporated herein as if said construction
loan agreaaent were repeated herein in extenso.
29. Mortgagor covenants and agrees that he vill deliver to the Mortgagee every five
years hereafter an inspection certificate that the captioned premises is free
from tercnftes.
30. In the event this is a mortgage on an aparta~ent in a condominium together with
appurtenances thereto, the failure of the mortgagor to pay any assessments
required to be paid pursuant to the Declaration of Condominium or to otherwise
comply with any of the terms, covenants or conditions of eaid Declaration of
Condominium shall constitute a default under this mortgage and the morcgagee may,
at its option, immediately or thereafter declare the indebtedness s~cured hereby
due and payable.
