W I T N E S S E T H;
The parties of the first part pursuant to the power of sale
contained in the Last Will and Testament of the above-named
decedent, and pursuant to the Order of the County Judge's Court
in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, entered
authorizing and.confirmi.ng this sale, and in consideration of
$10.00 in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and confirms to the party of the second part,
his heirs and assigns forever, that certain real property
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly de-
scribed as follows:
The~West 30 feet of Lot 2, Block J, Tyler's
reSubdivision of Lots l, 2, 3 and E 1/2 of Lot 4 of Block J
in the town of Fort Pierce, Florida as per plat of said
r~subdivision on file in Plat Book 1 at page 169 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT to leases of present tenants and oc-
cupants of building situate on subject property.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that
real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second
part, and to his heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the parties of the first part does covenant to and with #
the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that in
all things preliminary to and in and about the sale and this ~
conveyance the orders of the above-named Court and the laws of ~44 ~
Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects. y
