~ WHEREAS. WILLIAM C. COLEMAN, SR., was adjudged a bank-
rupt on a petition filed by him on the Sth day of January, 1971,
in the United States District Court for the Eastern District

of Wisconsin, in Ba~kruptcy No. 71-B-24 and ~

WHEREAS, JACK U. SHLIMOVITZ was appointed Trustee of
the estate of said bankrupt by the Referee in Bankrupt~y in ;
said matter, did duly qualify as such Trustee in Bankruptcy and ~

is still acting iri that capacity, and ~

WI~REAS, it has come to the attention of the Trustee in ~
Barilcruptcy that a question has arisen as to whether or not the
above mentioned bankruptcy proceeding has taken jurisdiction
over certain jointly owned properties of the bankrupt and his
wife, ELIZABETH MURPHY COLEMAN, in Florida, and
WIiEREAS, the Trustee in Bankruptcy is desirous of re-
moving any possible cloud on the title to the following jointly ~
owned property in Florida owned by WILLIAM CARLTON COLEMAN, SR., ~
and ELIZABETH MURPAY COLEMAN, his wife, described as follows: ~
