COUNTY OF ESSEX .
GEORGE A. COSTA, of full age, being duly sworn, according
to law, upon his deposes and says:
l. I am the President of Lucille V. Costa, Inc., a
Florida corporation, which is about to become the owner of
certain lands and premises described in a Title Binder issued
by Commonwealth Land TitZe Insurance Company. No. N-470066.
2. The premises described in the aforesaid Binder
is vacant and no person, firm or corporation has any claim
to possession of the property except Lucille V. Costa, Inc.
3. This Affidavit is made to induce New Jersey Realty
Mortgage Company and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company
' to make a Mortgage and issue Title Policy on the lands and
premis~~ heretofore described.
