from time to Cime, of the Note. This Mortga~e is intended and
does secure the payment of any and all extensions or renewals
~ of the Note. Without affecting the liability of any other
~erson liable for the paywent of the Note or the lien of Cliis
I~tortgage, the Mortgagee may release any perso;~ so liable, ex-
tend the time of payment of the Note, or grant other indul-
gences, or modify any of the terms or provision~ hereof or of
the Note, release any parcel or portion of tlie Property, or ;
consent to the granting of any easement, or enter into any '
n~reement subordinating Che lien l~ereof, or take or release
any other security for the payment of the Note or for the per-
formance of any of the covenants and agreements hereunder,
andior make compositions or other arrange~ents with debtors
in relation thereto. All covenants, agreements and undertakings
herein shall be joint and several. The MorCgage and the Note
constitute j oiDt contracts and shall be constxued }
according to the laws of that State.
31. Declarat~on of TrusC.
The namc~. "Fidelity Mortgage Investors" is the designation
of the Trustees fUr the time being under a Declaration of
Trust dated May 29, 1969, as amended, and all persons deal-
ing with Fidelity Mortgage Investors must look solely to the
Trust Property for the enforcei~ent of any claims against
Fidelity Mortgage Investors, as neither 1'rustees, officers,
agents or shareholders assume any personal liability for obli-
gations entered into on behalf of Fidelity rfortgage Inveaf~taliij+}N~~~~~~
