NOTICE OF COA4fENCEMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that LUCILLE V. COSTA, INC.,
a Florida corporation is commencing construction of:
19 2 Story triplex buildings located on the
north side of State Road A-1-A and the south
side of Kingfisher Waterway and 4 2 story
l0 unit buiZdings located on the west side
of State Road A-1-A and the east side of
Coral Avenue, for a total of 97 units on
approximately 5.5 acres, North Beach,
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida_
on the following described real estate, to wit;
Lots 1 through 20, Block 1 and the South
10 feet of vacated alley lying Northerly
of and adjacent thereto, and Lots 2 through
9, Block 7, less the South 20 feet of said Lot
- 9, and the East 10 feet of.vacated alley ly-
ing Westerly of and adjacent thereto,
CORAL COVE BEACH SECTION ONE, according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 11, Pages 30A and 30B, Public
Records, St. Lucie County, Florida.
