Plat Book 9, Page 5, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Rlorida described
as follaws to pit:
Begin at a point on the West line of said Lot 9, 95.2 feet south of northwest corner
of said Lot 9, for a point of beginning; run Basterly 498.69 feet to a point on the
Bast line of said l.ot 9, which said point is 87.05 feet south of the northeast corner
of said Lot 9; thence turn and run South on the east line 100 feet to a point; thence
turn and run West 498 feet nore or less, and parallel to the first line mentioned
above, to a point on the West line of said Lot 9, thp~ce turn and run north along the
west line of said Lot 9, a distance of 100 feet to the point of beginning.
