Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15222, that certain mortgage executed by
DPnnis A. & Deborah J. Merz , as Mortgagor to Qutdoor Resorts of America,
Inc., dated Au ust 24 19 72 , and filed for record in the Public Records in and/for
St. Lucie County, Flori a, in ~R Book 20 ~ , page ~~iS, which mortgage encumbers
the following described real estate in said county to wit:
Lot No. 425 , Section II , in that certain condominium known as OUTOOOR
RESORTS OF AMERICA AT NETTLES ISLAND, as shown by plat recorded in the Office
of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 16,
page 1:1A through 1J.
together with a note secured thereby with interest thereon from date of said note.

subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article XI of the Oeclaration ~
