Island Project, Plat Book 16, Pages 1, lA thru 1J (both inclusive) and
Declaration of Condominium, Official Record Book 186, Page 2720 as last
a~eended Official Record Book 192, Paqe 820, all as filed for record in the
Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, toqether
with: (i) an undivided 1/1585th interest in those lands designated by said
Plat and Declaration (as amended) as conYnon elements and lintited com~non
elements; and, (ii) all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining;
without unpairing the lien on the remaininq part of the property described in that
Mortgaqe.
