right-of-way of State Road No. 5(U.S.Highway No. 1) in the
SE4 and NE~ of Section 22, Township 36 South, Range 40 East,
St. Lucie Coun~y, Florida, more particularly described as
follows, to-wit: '
Commence at the Southeast corner of said Section 22, -thence
run northerly along the east line of said Section 22 a distance
of 2385.78 feet to a point; thence westerly along a line that
is 2385.78 feet north of and parallel to the southerly line of
said Se~tion 22 a distance of 1135.81 feet to the point of
beginning of the parceZ of land hereinafter to be described,
said point being 350 feet east of as measured along last des-
cribed co~arse from the proposed easterly right-of-way line of
said State Road No. 5(the proposed right-of-way being 78 feet
east of, measured at right angZes to, the original center-line);
thence cantinue westerly on the last describ~d course a distance

The above descrip~ion is based on the widening on the eas~
side of said road right-of-caay to a total distance of 78 feet
from the original center line of said State Road No. 5. Also
it is based on a survey made by Charles B. McAdam and recorded -
in Deed Book 231, Pages 530-532 on September 26, 1957, in the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
SaidFroperty has 615 plus or minus feet frontage of U.S.
Highway No. 1.
SUBJECT TO building and use restriction, zoning regulations and
provisions, easements of record, and taxes for the current year
- and thereafter.
SUBJECT TO the Sign Agreement with CITY SIGN SERVICE, which
