WHEREUPON, the Plaintiff announced ~eady for trial, waived a j~ry and
submitted all matters of fact as well as of law to the Cou~t for det~~minatton,

and the Court having heard, considered and understood the pieadings, the evi- '
dence and the argument of counset is of the opinton and finds theref ~om that
the matertal allegations contained in the Plaintiff's petition are true. ~
IT IS THEREFORE OR~ERED, ACJUDGEO AND DECREEO by the Court that the
bonds of matrimony heretofore and now existing between the Plaintiff and De-

~ fendant be, and the same are hereby, dissolved, and the Plaintiff, laura R.
~ MacBean, be, and she is hereby, g~anted a decree of divorce fcom the Oefendant,
Thomas l. MacBean, on the grounds of cruel treatment as alleged in her petition
herein.

And it further appearing to tfie Court frvm the evidence that the Plaintiff
and Defendant have made an agreement with ceference to thei~ property rights and
that the Defendant. Thomas L. MacBean, has transfer~ed, assigned a~d co~veyed
to the Plaintiff, Laura R. MacBean. all of his r+ght~ title, interest and claim
in anct to tfie foliawing described real property:
