the surviving spouse of G. A. Rizner, also known as

George A. Rizner, who died on February 2, 1962, in Erie,
Pennsylvania; that the said G. A. Rizner and George A.
Rizner were one and the same persons; that George A.
- Rizner, a/k/a G. A. Rizner and your affiant were husband
and wife on May 23, 1951, the date of that certain deed
recorded in O. R. Book 165, at page 315, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and remained husband

and wife continuously and uninterrupted from said date
until the date of death of George A. Rizner, a/k/a G. A.
Rizner, on February 2, 1962.
