of the County of Palm Beach , State of Florida, he~einafter called the Mortgagor, which term as used in every
instance shall include the Mortgagor's heirs, executors, successors, legal representatives, and assigns, including all sub-
sequent grantees, either voluntarily by act of the parties, or involuntarily by operation of law and shall denote the
singular and/or plural, and the masculine and!or feminine and the natural and/or artificial persons, whenever and
whe~ever the context so requires or admils, as parties of the first part, and COMMUNITY FEDERAI SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF RIVIERA BEACH, a corporation existing under the laws of the United States of America, hereinafter
called the Mortgagee, which te~m as used in every instance shall include the Mortgagee's successors, legal representa-
tives, and assigns, as party of the second part.
WITNESSfTH, That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the aggregate
sum of money named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the Mortgagor dces grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the Mortgagee, i~ fee simple, the following described
real estate, of which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed, ~nd in actual possession, situate in the County of

TOGETHER with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and ihe fixtures attached
thereto and all rents, issues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises all of which are included
with~n the foregoing description and the habendum hereof. Also all gas, steam, electric, water and other heating,
cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, appliances, fixfures
~ and appurtenances, which now or may hereaher pertain to or be used with, in or on said premises, even though fhey
~ may be detached or detachable.
~ IT IS ~AUTUALtY COVENANTE~ AND AGREED by and between rhe parties hereto that upon request of the Mort-
~ gagor, the Mortyagee may hereafter, at ~ts opt~on, at anyt~me with~n twenty (20) years from the date hereof and be-
fore full payme~t of th~s mortgage and notes secured hereby, make further advances to the Mortgagor and any such
further advances, with interest, shall be secured by this mortgage and shall be evidenced by an additional note then
~ unpa~d, and the total amount of ~ndebtedness that may be secured by this mortgage may decrease or increase from time
~ to time, but the totat unpa~d balance so secured at any one hme shall not exceed the maximum principal sum of
