I/we have received, 1/we and ihose holdiRg through me/us, grant and give to you and your successors an easement ~
for the constn~ction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities (including wi~es, poles, guys, cables, #
conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to ~econstruct, improve, add i
to, change the size of or remove such facitities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wi~es or ~
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, bn~sh and undergrowth ar other }
obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said faci(ities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our pro-
