ASSIGNN~NT OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY T~SE PRESENTS that I, BJARNE URSIN, partv
of the first part, in consideratior of the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other valuable considFrations, received from or on
behalf of FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, party of the second part, at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer
and set over unto the said party of the second part a certain
mortgage bearing date the 18th day of February, 1972, made by '
Gulf-Atlantic Investments of Fort Pierce, Inc., a Florida corpcra-
tion, in favor of Bjarne Ursin. and recorded in O.R. Book 199,
page 2268 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
upon the following described piece or parcel of land situate
and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
That part of the South 1/2 of the Southwest.l/4 of
Section 15, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, lying
West of an 80-foot right-of-way for State Road No. 5,
LESS AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following parcels:
The East 1259.9 feet, the South 130 feet, the West
25 feet, an 80-foot right-of-way for Oleander Boulevard,
and the North 25 feet of that part lying West of
Oleander Boulevard. All lying and being in St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage,
without recourse, and the moneys due and to become due thereon,
with interest from the 18th day of February, 1972.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the
second part, its legal representatives, successors and assigns
forever.
