AT70RNE`~5 AT I.AW ~:39~0~ Pos, o«,~E o,x ,ooo FORT PIERCE, iLOR~DA 33450 PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, WHEREAS, Gulf-Atlantic Investments of Fort Pierce, Inc., a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagor", by indenture of mortqage bearing date the 18th day cf February, 1972, recorded in the Off ice of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official Record Book 199, page 2268, granted and conveyed unto Bjarne Ursin, and his assigns, the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of $252,373.90, with interest as therein mentioned; WHEREAS, First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, hereinafter referred to as the "~ssociation", is the owner and holder of recorc3 of said mortgage and the promissory note secured by the same by assignment of mortgage from Bjarne Ursin, dated September 22, 1972, recorded in O.R. Book ~ O 7, page of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and WI~P.~1~S, the Mortgagor has requested the Association to releas~e the premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said mortgage; NOW, TI~REFORE, KNOW YE, that the Association, in considera- - tion of the premises and of the sum of $10 in hand paid by, or on behalf of, the said Mortgagor at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said Mortgagor, and its assigns, that cer- tain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Southwest 1/4 'i of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 15, Township 35 South, ~ Range 40 East, run thence Easterly along the South 1/4 - ! 1/4 Section line to a point on the east right of way of o Oleander Avenue (State Road S-605); thence South 00°26'26" East along the said east right of way of Oleander Avenue 348.68 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 89°33'S4" East, 110.99 feet; thence North 16°37'23" East, 59.95 feet; thence South 86°42'34" East, 204.99 feet; . thence South 37°42'24" East 179.00 feet; thence South , 27°17'34" West, 197.01 feet; thence South 65°17'23' West, 154.01 feet; thence South 24°42'32" East, 123.Q0 feet; thence North 89°42'43" We'st, 260.02 feet to a point on the said east right of way of Oleander Avenue; thence North 00°26'26" West along said right of way of Oleander Avenue 444.99 feet to the point of beginning. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same with the appurtenances unto the said mortgagor and its assigns forever, free, exonerated and ~ discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage and every part thereof; provided, always, nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in any wise impair, alter or diminish the effect, ~ lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid mortgage on the remaining ~ - BURK ~U~ PAGE .U~i ,
