THIS MORTGAGE, executed this ~~day of October, 1972,
by ATLANTIC CONDOMINIUMS, INCORPORATE6, a Florida corporation,
hereinafter called the mortgagor, which term as used in every
instance shall include the mortgagor's successors, legal repre-
sentatives and assigns, either voluntary by act of the mortgagor
or involuntary by operation of law, and shall denote the singular
and/or plural, and the masculine and/or feminine, and natural
and/or artificial persons, whenever and wherever the context so
requires or admits, party of the first gart; and FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the United States of
America, hereinafter called the Association, wnicn term as useu
in every instance shall include the Association's successors, legal
representatives and assigns, party of the second part.
W I T N E S S E T H:
That for divers good and valuable consideration, and in
consideration of the aggregate sum of money named in the promissory
note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the mortgagor
does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and con-
firin unto the Association, in fee simple, the following described
real estate, of which the mortgagor is now seized and possessed
and in actual possession, situate in the County of St.~Lucie,
State of Florida, to wit:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the SW 1/4 of the
SW 1/4 of Section 15, Township 35 South, Range 40 East,
run thence Easterly along the South 1/4 - 1/4 Section
line to a point on the East right of way of Oleander

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular
the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereof, including
_ all fixtures and articles of personal property now or at any time
hereafter attached to or used in any way in connection with the use,
operation and occupation of the above described real estate, and any
and all buildings and improvements now or hereafter erected thereon;
such fixtures and articles of personal property including, but with-
out being limited to, all screens, awnings, storm windows and doors,
window shades, inlaid floor coverings, shrubbery, plants, stoves,
ranges, refrigerators, boilers, tanks, furnaces, radiators, and all
heating, lighting, cooking, plumbing, gas, electric, ventilating,
refrigerating, irrigating power, air-conditioning and incinerating
~ equipment, systems, machines and appliances of what~oever kind and
~ nature, all of which fixtures and articles of personal property are
r;" hereby declared and shall be deemed to be fixtures and accessory to
~ the freehold and a part of the realty as between the parties hereto,
~ their successors, legal representatives and assigns, and all persons
~ claiming by, through or under them and shall be deemed to be a por-
tion of the security for the indebtedness herein mentioned and to be
subject to the lien of this mortgage, and TOGETHER WITH all rents,
revenues, issues, proceeds and profits of the above described
property, and also all the estate, Yight, title, interest, property,
possession, claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity
