THIS QUIT-CLAIM DEED, Executed this 4th day of October,
A. D. 1972, by SARAH D. WAGONER, a single adult, first party,
to WILLIAM G. WAGONER, a single adult, Nhose post office
address is P. 0. Box 17C1 - Fort Pierce, Florida 33450,
second party:
(Whereever used herein the terms "first party"
and "second party" shall include singular and
plural, heirs, legal representatives, and assigns
of individuals, and the successors and assigns
of corporations, wherever the context so admits
or requires.)
WITNESSETH, That the said first party, for and in
consideration of the sum of ~10.00 in hand paid by the said
second party, the receipt whereof is hereby ackn~wledged,
does hereby remise release and quit-clsim unto the said second
party forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand
whicYr the said first party has in and to the following described
lots, piece or parcels of3and, situate, lying and being in the

as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book
6, at page 24, of the pub lic recores of
St. Lucie County, Florida, together with
all right, title and interest of the parties
hereto in and to that certain Agreement for
Deed, daYed May 19, 1972, to Willie O. Snell
