10. All leases, contracts or agreements,
wherein the State of Florida, or anq of its divisions,
are parties on the one hand, and aTreasure Salvors,
Inc., Armada Research Co.; Inc., Treasure Ship, Inc.,
or Me lvin Fisher are parties on the other hand, which ~
leases affect certain locations within the territorial
waters and submerged lands of the State of Floride
aithout limitation, leases located within the generel
vicinity of Monroe Cqunty, Saint Lucie County, Indian
River County, Palm Beach County and Brevard County,
which leases have as their subject matter, the location
of, search or .and extractfon of, items of value, in-
; cluding treasure and artifacts, from locations within

~ such counties. ;

11. All personal property of every nature
~hatsoever including but not limited to gold coins,
s ilver coins , go ld bu llion, s ilver bullion, go ld neck-
laces, gold rings, artifacts and other items known as
"treasure" in the possession of, in the custody of or
under the control of Real Eight Co., Inc. as collateral

' for any indebtedness to Real Eight Co., Inc. by Treasure

~ Salvors, Inc. , Armada Research Co. , Inc. and Me lvin
Fisher and Dolores Fisher, to the extent of the value
of such collateral in excess of the indebtednesa owed.
