under the control of First National Bank of Me lbo~sne,
Melbourne, Florida, First National Bank of Vero Beach,
~he Everglades Bank and Trust Companq of Fort Lauderdale,
Florida and the folloWing parties: Treasure Salvors,
Inc., Armada Research Co., Inc., Treasure Ship, Inc.,
Melvin Fisher, Dolores Fisher~, Fay Field, Walter Holz-
worth, Ruppert Gates and/or Arno1~ McLean.
13. All gold coins, silver coins, gold
bullion, silver bullion, gold necklaces, gold rings,
artifacts and other items known as "tresaure" heretofore
r distributed to Treasure Salvors, Inc. during the year

~ of 1972 from treasure and artifects recovered from lease
number 1329 and/or lease number 1329A as amended, inclu-
dfng, without limitation, following described items :
