WHEREAS, John M. McCarty and Louise F. McCarty, his wife,
hereinafter referred to as the mortgaqors, by tndenture of Mortgage
bearing date the lst day of July, A.D. 1969, an3 recorded in the
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County
of St. Lucie, State of Florida in Official Records Book 1?8, Page
2154, granted and conveyed un~o St. Lucie County Bank hereinafter
referred to as the mortgagee, and its assiqns, the premises t2serein .
particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of Ninety
Thousand and no/oo Dollars, with interest as therein mentioned:
AND WHERSAS, ~he said mortgagors have requested the said
mortgagee to release the premises hereinafter described. being
part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of
said Mortgage: .
NOW THEREFORE, IQdOW YE, that the said mortgagee, in
consideration of the premises and of the sum of Ten and no/oo
Dollars, to it in hand paid by, or on behalf of, the said mort-
gagors at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknawledged, does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate
and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto
the said mortgagors, their heirs and assigns, that certain por-
tion of the premises conve~ed by said mortgage, more particularly
described as follaws: That part of the East Three Eightihs(E3/8~
of Section 15, Township 37 South, Range 38 East, that lies within
a strip of land that is 660 feet in width parallel with, adjacent
to and abutting the Florida East Coast Railway Southeasterly
right of way line, in St. Lucie County, Flori~ia.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the said mortgagora, heirs and assigns forever, freed,

and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that
nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or dim-

released therfrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the
holders thereof.
