At an open meeting of the membership of THE CHURCH
OF CHRIST called to order on September 24, 1972, at a regu-
lar meeting date, the following resolution was adopted: {
"BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Trustees of ~
- The Church of Christ are specifically authorized •
to sell Lots 1 and~2, Block 2, MUSTAINE SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 8, page
6, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
to Osmond A. Henderson and Eula Henderson, his wife,
and to execute on behalf of said Church that cer-
tain Warranty Deed dated and recorded February 2,
1970, in Official Record Book 182, pages 1864 and
1865, and were further specifically authorized to
execute a Satisfaction of that certain purchase
money mortgage taken back by the Trustees as
part of the sale, which purchase money mortgage
was dated and recorded=February 2, 1970, at Official

~ Record Book 182, pages 1866, 1867 and 1868, public

` records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
"IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that said conveyance
~ and satisfaction of mortgage be and the same are
hereby confirmed and authorized."
ADOPTED this 24th day of September, 1972, at Fort
Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
