and Eunic:e Carl Whiddon at the time they purchased the
following described property located in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-xit:

South, Range 39 East, thence run West 135•4
feet to the point of beginning of the tract
hereinafter described; thence continue West `
450.6 feet to a point; thence turn and run

~ that it should have been described as follows, to-wit:
