this scrivener's error was carried forward into this deed
also. .The legal description intended by all parties is
the description set out in paragraph 3of this Affidavit.
5. That the erroneous legal description set out in
Deed Book 228 at page 151 and in O.R. Book 168 at page 970
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
conveyed not only the lands set out in paragraph 2, but
additional lands as well, although the intention of said
conveyances was to convey only the lands set out in paragraph
3.
6. That the said Eunice Carl Whiddon is now deceased
r
as is evidenced by the certified copy of her death certifi-
cate attached heretq and by reference made a part hereof.
7. That further Affiant sayeth not.
