QUIT-CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this day of September, A, D., 1972, between
HOWARD B. CROUCH and ELIZABETH B. CROUCH, his Wife, of the County of Trun~bull,
in the State of Ohio, parties of the First Part, and HOWARD H. CROUCH and
ROBERT A. CROUCH, sons of HoNard B. Crouch, parties of the Second Part, Nhose

WITNESSETH:
THAT the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND LOVE AND AFFECTION, to them in hand paid by the
said parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
remise, release and quitclaim to the said parties of the second part, their
heirs and assigns forever, the folloMring described iand situated, lying and
being in City of Port St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida,
to-wit:
