RecordsBook198 . page 2303 . in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida, securing a certain note
in the principal sum of Sixty Thousand ($60,000.00)-------------------- _
Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage
deed upon the property situate in said State and County described as follows.

Public Records of St. Lucie, County, Florida.
