private road, dyke and canal rights-of-way and including right-of-way
for drainage and irrigation purposes as set forth in that certain
easement agreement between Rosemary B. Smith, et al, dated May 1,
1961, recorded in Official_Record Book 11, Page 34~E, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
That certain easement over the South 25 feet of the North 1320 feet
of the Northwest quarter of said Section 18 for drainage and irrigation
purposes as set forth in Official Record Book 68, Page 571, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
That certain easement over the South 25 feet of the South:aest one-
quarter of Section 7, Township 36 South, Range 38 East for drainage
and irrigation purposes as set forth in Official Record Baok 68, Page
571, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The conveyance of the above easements here is without warranty as
to title.
