fihe t•Iortgagee shall be erititled to apply to the court having juris-
diction of such suit for the appointment of a receiver of all and
singular said property and the rents, issues and profits therefrom.
Such rec~iver shall have the usual powers and duties, including the
power to care for and cultivate said grove and to market any and all
crops thereon and to collect any and all revenues derived thererrom,
same to be applied by such receiver as required by lac~ and under the
direction of the court.
16. Two purchase money mortgages: This mortgage represents
one of two purchase money mortgages given by the Mortgagor here to the
1•tortgagee, this mortgage representing an obligation in the amount of
$67,170, the other mortgage representing an obligation in the a~ount
of $218,830. These mortgages and the obligations respectively secured
by them are of equal dignity. A defaulfi in one constitutes a default
in the other. In the event of any foreclosure proceeding ~hese mort-
gages may be jointly foreclosed. Foreclosure proceeding by the holder
of any one of these mortgages shall include the hoZder of the other
mortgage as a necessary party, and the holders of these two mortgages
shall share proportionately in the proceeds of any foreclosure sale
in accordance wzth the then unpa~d balance of the obligations respect-
ively s~cured.
NOTE
The Note secure3 hereby is~of even date herecaith, given by the
Mortgagor to the Mortga~ee in the original amount of $67,170, and
bears interest at the rate of 6.5% per annum.
