~ MORTGAGE ~
THIS MORTGAGE, executed this 30th day of S~pt~mber,
1972, between Hutchinson Island Limited Partnership, a limited
partnership organized and existing in accordance with the laws
of the State of Florida, hereinafter'referred to as Mortgagor,
and TJM CORPORATION, an Illinois corporation, herein referred
to as Mortgagee, vsitnesseth:
THAT, WHEREAS the Mortgagor has concurrently herewith
executed a promissory note bearing even date herewith in the
PRINCIPAL SUM OF FIVE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS
($540,000.00) made payable to bearer and delive~eu, in and by
which said NOTE (herein called "the Note") the Mortgagor
promises to pay the aggregate sum of money named in the note.

NOW, THEREFORE, the Mortgagor, to secure the payment

~ ance with the terms, provisions and limitations of this mortgage,
and also in consideration of the sum of One Dollar in hand paid,

following described Real Estate situate, lying and being in the
City of Fort Pierce, County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida,
