THIS INDENTURE, Made this 25th day of July~ A. D.~ 1972, between
Sonju i•fotor Co.~ a Minnesota corporation, party of the first part~ and
John M. Whalen and Lillian Whalen, his wife, as joint tenants with riqht of
survivorship~ parties of the second part, whose mailing address is
342 Pike Lake, Duluth, Aiinnesota.
, WITNESSETH: ~
That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid
by the said parties of the second part~ the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged~
has granted, bargained and sold to the said parties of the second p3rt, their heirs
and assigns forever, the following described land situate, lying and being in City
of Port St. Lucie~ County of St. Lucie~ and State of Florida~ to-wit:

County, Florida.
Subject to conditions~ restrictions, reservations, limitations and easements
