Duval , and State of Florida, hereafter called the "Grantor, " and the
Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, of Washington, D. C. , his
successors and assigns, hereaftercalled the "Grantee, "
WITNESSETH;
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
