Bank, a corporation organized and operated under the laws of the State
of West Virginia, and Charles B. Gates, Jr., be his successor trustee***";
the said The Charleston National Bank and the said Charles B. Gates,
Jr., succeeded said C. Bernard Gates as trustee.
That thereafter on March 6, 1968, Mabel Gates Crickard died and
said Philip C. Gates having attained age 35 years on June 20, 1959,
said trusts terminated by their terms; and that on June 18, 1968 said
The Charleston National Bank and said Charles B. Gates, Jr., executed
two deeds of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Court of
St. Lucie County, Florida, in Deed Book 172 at page 1590 and Deed Book
172 at page 1584, each conveying an undivided one-quarter interest in
the aforedescribed varcel of real estate to Charles B. Gates, Jr., and
Philip C. Gates, respectively.
That this affidavit is made to induce Florida Power and Light to
accept the conveyance of a part of said parcel of real estate in lieu
of recording the aforesaid trust instrument.
