BEFORE ME, this day personally appeared HANS TEWS, who being first ~
duly sworn, do depose and say as follows: ~
1. That the Affiant is President of the St. lucie County Bank of
Fort Pierce, Florida.
2. That the Affiant is familiar with that certain mortgage from
Donald E. Martin and Paulene S. Martin, his wife to St. Lucie County Bank,

dated June.l2, 1970, recorded June 23, 1970, in Official Records Book 185
at Page 1195 of 'the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~

mortgage reads as follows:
The South 1~5.64 feet of the Southeast quarter of the North-
east quarter, the North 355.59 feet of the Northeast quarter ~
of the Southeast quarter, and land abutting to river, all in ~
Section 16, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, less road right-
of-way for Oleander Avenue. -
4. That the Affiant is offering this Affidavit to clarify that certain
legal description set forth in the afor~described mortgage.
