ning continue along the said section line 1,569.39 feet to the South
west corner of the property herein described, being also a point on
the east right of way line of U. S. Highway No. 1, thence run
northerly along the east right of way of U. S. Iiighway No. 1 a
distance of 162.1 feet to the Northwest corner~of said property,
thence proceed Northeasterly along the FEC Railroad right of way,

This mortgage shall also secure the payment of any future advances
or loans that may be made by the mortgagee to the mortgagor at any
time within ten years hereafter even though no indebtedness is
outstanding hereunder, provided that the maximum principal amount
of monies so secured shall not exceed $125,000.00 at any one time,
and provided further that such advances or loans shall be evidenced
by separate written instruments to invoke the terms hereof.
