The Additional Guarantors agree to be bound by all of the
oUli~;ations of the Guarantors as set out in the Guarantee, in Lhe
::upplemental Indenture made as af the lst day of aiarch, 1965, in
the Supplemental Indenture made as of the 15th day of December, 1965,
in the Supplemental Indenture made as of the 5th day of March, i~G8, ~
and in this Supplemental Indenture as if the Additional Guarantors
had Ueen parties to the Guarantee and each of the Supplemental Inden-
tures and to carry out all of the terms and conditions therein set

4. In consideration of the premises and of ten dollars ($lO.UU)
i to it in hand paid by the Trustee (the receipt whereof is hereby
! acknowledged) and to secure the foregoing Guarantee and the due pay-

ment of the principal and interest (including interest on overdue
interest) of the Debentures from time to time issued and certified
under the Principal Indenture as amended as aforesaid and all other

moneys (if any) for the time being and from time to time owing upon
or charged or chargea.ble on the security thereof and the performance
~nd the o~ligations of the Company therein contained and in pursuance
of every pow~r and authority it thereunto enabling, the Additional
Guarantors hereby grant, convey, assign, mortgage, pledge and
~ char~e as and by way of a fixed and specific mortgage, pledge and
~
charge to and in favour of the Trustee and its successors in the Trust
all and singular their respective lands ~nd premises, all as described
in the Appendix hereto annexed, together with all real and immovable
properties hereafter acquired by ttie Additional Guarantors and together
