tl~e Guarantee, as acnended as aforesaid, and hereinafter referred to
as "~iortgaged 1?roper.ty" .
To have and to hold the ~lortgaged Property and all ribhts
I~ereby conferred unto the Trustee, its successors and assigns forever,
but in trust nevertheless for the uses and purposes and with the
powers and authorities and sub~ect to the terms and conditions men-
tioned and set forth in the Guarantee and Supplemental Indentures and
in tl~e Principal Indenture as amended.
hach of the Guarantors and the Additional Guarantors will
record this Supplemental Indenture aithout delay in every office where
the registration or recording thereof niay in the opinion of counsel

the security created by the Guarantee as hereby amended and will
deliver or exhibit to the Trustee on demand evidence establishing
such reaistratior~ and the same from time to time renew.
(i. The Guarantee, the Supplemental Indenture made as of the
lst day of ~tarch, 19ci5, the Supplen?ental Indenture made as of the Z5th
day of Uecember, 19fi5, the Supplemental Indenture made as af the 5th
day of ~iarch, 19G8 and this Supplemental Indenture shall be construed
to~ettier and the provisions of tqe Guarantee shall have effect as
hereby expressly or impliedly modified.
The covenants, agreemenfis and obligations of the Guarantors
and the ~ldditional Guarantors herein contained are hereby agreed and
declared to be joint and several.
o. T~ach Guarantor and the Additional Guarantors shall be bound
by the provisions hereof, notwithstanding that any other Guarantor
or Guarantors or the Additional Guarantors may not be so bound by
reason ot lack of capacity or power or otherwise howsoever.
