NINTH: The Mortgagor hereby waives all rights of homestead ond exemption gronted by the Cons~itutio~ and laws of Florida. EIEVENTH: If foreclosure proceedings of any second mortgoge or second trust deed or ony junior lien of any kind should be instituted, ~he Mo?tgagee may, at its option immediately o~ thereofter declare this mortgage and fhe indebtedness secured hereby due and payable.
