ORDER
This cause coming on to be heard before me this ~7~ day of

, 1972 upon the sworn Petition of Joseph E. Karl for
the removal af disabilities of non-age of Susan Karl, a minor of the age
of 18 years, and the Court having considered such Petition, together with
evidence before it as to the character, habits, education and mental
capacity of the said child, and the Court being satisfied that the removal
of such disabilities will be in the permanent interest and benefit of said
minor, it is thereupon; _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the disabilities~~of nbh•a~e ~f '
the said Susan Karl be and the same are hereby removed ~nd stie is
hereby authorized to assurne the management and control of all of her ~
estate, to contract and be contracted with and to sue and be sued, and to
