cording to the plat, a copy of the said plat having hereto-
fore been filed with the Board of County Commissioners
of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
Before the undersigned officer duly authorized to administer oaths and
~ take acknowledgments, personally appeared RUBY R. PHILLIPS, who being
~ first duly sworn, deposes and says:

~ That she and her husband, HENRY H. PHILLIPS, now deceased,
~ entered into an agreement with General Development Corporation, a Delaware
~ corporation authorized to transact business in Florida, dated October 17, 1q59,
being agreement No. 8 052710, for the purchase of the above described property.
That affiant and Henry H. Phillips were married prior to the date
of said agreement, and they remained married without interruption until the death
of Henry H, Phillips on September 4, 1972,
