injuries, whether to persons or property, resulting from
any means whatsoever~if caused by their interference,
fault or negligence with the Facilities and/or from
interference, fault or negligence with the Facilities
by their agents or employees.
4. Should Grantees fail for any reasonable period of time to
exercise the rights herein granted, then, at the election
of Grantor, all rights and privileges hereunder shall
cease and the easement, rights and privileges herein
granted shall revert to the Grantor.
S. Grantor covenants that ~t has the right to convey this
easement and that Grantees shall have quiet and peaceful
possession, use and enjoyment of said easement.
All covenants, terms, provisions and:conditions hereof shall inure
to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their
respective heirs, administrators, successors and assigns.
