TRUST DEED 2399i9
VVHEREAS, St, Lucie County Bank and Joseph W. 1'ates, Jr. , were duly
qualified as Co-Trustees of certain Testamentary Trusts establisheci by tlie Last ~~t~ill
and Test•ament of Joseph V4'. Yates, deceased, by judgment of the Circuit Court,
Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, entered on
November 10, 1969 in that certain cause entitled In re: Trusl Under Will of
Joseph W. Yates, deceased, Case No. 69-348; and
~'VHEREAS, the said Last Will and Testament of Joseph ~V. Yates was
admitted to probate in the County Judge's Court in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida, on January 13, 1966; and
WHEREAS, in Item III, Paragraph 1 of said Last Will and Testament,
Betty N. Moore, formerly Betty N. Yates, was named a beneficiary Qf one of
the aforementioned trusts and was given the power to revoke said trust by delivering

WHEREAS, the said Betty 1\. Moore has elected to revoke said trust and

joins in this deed for the limited purpose of acknowledging said election to revoke,
1VOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESEI`TS, that St.
~ Lucie County Bank and Joseph W. Yates, Jr. , duly qualified co-trustees as afore-

said, in consideration of the premises and the sum of $1. 00 in hand paid by Betty N.

Moore, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby remise, release and
quit-claim to the said Betty N. Moore a one-third undivided interest in and to all
right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said co-trustees have in and to
the following described lots, pieces or parcels of land, situate, lying and being in
the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, and described as follows:
Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15, of Block 14,
~ Pinewood Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 5, Page 24, of the public records of St. Lucie
~ County, Florida.
