SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE '
JOSEPH A. LAPPIN and ALICE M. LAPPIN, constituting a
majority of the surviving directors and trustees of CORAL GARDENS
CONSTRUCTION CONPANY, INC., a~dissolved Florida corporation, holders
of the mortgage executed by WILLIAM R. SCHARFSCHWERDT and JO ANN
SCHARFSCHWERDT, his wife, to CORAL GARDENS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY,
INC., dated 31 March 1962, and recorded in Off icial Records Book
34, page 114, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, hereby
on this ~ day of October, 1972, acknowled~ full payment and
satisfaction of that mortgage.
