TOGETHER with all siructures and improvemenfs now and hereafter on said land and the fixtures attached
thereto and aN rents, issues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises all of which are included
with~n the foregoing description and the habendum hereof. Also all gas, steam, electric, water and othe~ heating,
cooking, refrigerating, lighting, piumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and pewer systems, machines, appliances, fixtures
and appurtenances, which now or may hereafter pertain to or be used with, in or on said premises, even though fhey
may be detached or detachable. -
IT !S P.AUTUALIY COVENANTED AN~J AGREED by and between the part~es hereto rhat ~pon request of the Mort-
gagor, the Mortgagee may nereafter, at its option, at anyt~~ne w~th~n twenty (20) years from the date hereof and be-
fore f~ll payment of t4~~s mortgage and notes secured hereby, make fu~ther advances to the Mortgagor and any such
further advances, with interest, shafl be secured by this morrgage and shall be evidenced by an additionai -note then
unpaid, and the total amount of indebted~ess that may be sewred by th~s mortgage may decrease or increase from time
?o time, but the total unpa~d balance so secured at any one time shall not exceed the maximum pr~ncipal sum of
