WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, Mortgagor has heretofore executed and delivered to Mortgagee a certain Promissory Note dated October 14, 1970 in the original principal sum of FIVE MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($5,100,000.00), and as security for the indebtedness evidenced thereby executed and delivered to Mortgagee a certain Mortgage Deed of even date with said Note, and WHERE~IS, said Mortgage Deed has been recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida on October 21, 1970, in Official Records Book 187, Pages 2404 through and inclusive 2419, and WHEREAS, Mortgagor has borrowed an additional ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY-TWO AND NO/100 ~ DOLLARS ($1,112,392.00) from Mortgagee and has signed a Promissory Note of even date with this Modification to evidence said ad- ditional indebtedness, and : WHEREAS, Mortgagor and Mortgagee have agreed to extend the ~ ~ Mortgage Deed dated October 14, 1970, to secure said additional ° indebtedness. ` ~ ~ ~ NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and other ~ t good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknow- = ; ledged, Mortgagor and Mortgagee agree that the Mortgage Deed is i l extended to secure the additional indebtedness of Mortgagor to Mortgagee in the amount of $1,112,392.00 evidenced by a certain This instrument prepared by: WILLIAM N.
