Upon principal payments totalinq $5,000.00, Mortgagor shall be
entitled to a partial release of ten (10) acre~~and a like release
on each subsequent $5,000.00 payment. However, releases shall be
granted only in tracts of ten (10) acres, more or 1ess, and in
computi-ng said ten acres, easements for rights of way shall be
included. The first tract shall be selected by the Mortgagor,
and thereafter, all subsequent tracts released shall either be
contiguous to previously released tracts or along the perimeter
of the property. Mortgagee specifically reserves rights of way
across released tracts for access to unreleased tracts in the
event of repossessing unreleased property.
