by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 23rd day of February A.D. 19 71 , and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. I.ucie
State of Flori~a, in O. R. Book 190 Page 1740 , granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein parficularly described,
to secure the payment of the sum of One Hundred Sixty-four Thousan3 Five Hundred and no/100
(164, 500. 00 )--..•~OLLARS,
with interest as there+n ment~oned: ~ which aortgage was assumed by Robert F.Barly and Imogene
Britt Early, his wife~ as in O. R. Book 200, page 1503, AND
WHER6AS the said Robert F. Barly and Imogene BYitt Barly, his wife, have
requested the said FIRST FEDERAI SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE to release the prem-
ises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mort-
gage:
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, as well in consideration of the premises as the sum of one doliar and other good and valuable mn- ,

at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, dces remise, relase, quit-
claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said

County, Florida, TOGETHBR WITH all of its appurtenances
according to said Declaration.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with appurtenances, unto the said
; Robert F. Early and Imogene Britt Early, his wife
and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every part
thereof; Provided, always, nevertheless, that nothing therein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or
diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on fhe remaining part af said mortgaged
premises, not hereby reteased therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
